8.64.090   Fees.
   The city council shall establish by resolution a schedule of fees to be paid by persons using or handling hazardous materials which is sufficient to cover the costs to the city of administering this chapter and Chapter 6.95 of Division 20 of the California Health and Safety Code. (Prior code § 71.01.160)
