8.64.080   Responsibility for administering certain state regulations.
   The city assumes responsibility for the implementation of Chapter 6.95 of Division 20 of the California Health and Safety Code. The Sacramento fire department is designated as the administering agency responsible for administering and enforcing Chapter 6.95 of Division 20 of the California Health and Safety Code. (Prior code § 71.01.155)
