8.48.160   Seizure of fireworks.
   The fire chief, or the chief's designee, may seize, take, remove, or cause to be removed, at the expense of the owner, all fireworks in violation of this chapter. (Ord. 2021-0019 § 8; prior code § 15.03.388)
