A. It is not unlawful to possess safe and sane fireworks during that time period beginning at noon on June 28th and ending at 12:01 a.m. on July 5th of that same year.
B. It is not unlawful to display or sell safe and sane fireworks as provided in section 8.48.120.
C. It is not unlawful to use or discharge safe and sane fireworks during either of the following time periods:
1. Between the hours of noon and 11 p.m. on June 28th, or
2. Between the hours of 9 a.m. and 11 p.m. from June 29th through July 4th. (Ord. 2021-0019 § 2; prior code § 15.03.379)
