8.40.070   Use of vehicles for conveying infected persons.
   No person shall drive or use any vehicle, or permit any vehicle belonging to him or her or under his or her control, to be driven or to be used for the conveyance or removal of any persons infected with any infectious or contagious disease, without the written consent of the health officer first had and obtained. (Prior code § 21.02.010)
