8.40.060   Moving infected person to another building.
   No person shall remove a patient suffering from any infectious or contagious disease from any house or place within the city to any other house or place, without the written consent of the health officer. All such removals shall be done only by or under the direction of the health officer. (Prior code § 21.02.009)
