8.40.050   Parents, etc., not to allow children outside of infected building-Exception.
   No parent, guardian, tutor or person having charge or control of any child shall allow or permit any such child to go from any building infected with any infectious or contagious disease, unless a permit, in writing, shall first be obtained from the health officer. (Prior code § 21.02.008)
