8.20.070   Hearing by hearing examiner.
   At the time fixed in the notice required by Section 8.20.060 of this chapter, the hearing examiner shall hear the testimony of city officers and employees, the requesting party and other competent persons regarding the condition of the vehicle(s) or parts thereof and other relevant facts concerning the matter. (Ord. 98-004 § 1; prior code § 61.06.618)
