5.150.1030   Cannabis consumption prohibited.
   No delivery-only cannabis dispensary shall allow any person to smoke, ingest, or otherwise consume cannabis or cannabis products in any form on, or within 20 feet of, the dispensary site. (Ord. 2017-0060 § 4)
