No storefront cannabis dispensary or manager shall cause or allow the sale, distribution, or consumption of alcoholic beverages on the dispensary site; hold or maintain a license from the State Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control for the sale of alcoholic beverages; or operate a business on or adjacent to the dispensary site that sells alcoholic beverages. No person shall possess or store alcoholic beverages on the dispensary site. (Ord. 2017-0060 § 3)
