No cannabis business may cease operations for more than 30 consecutive days without first obtaining the city manager's approval of the following:
A. A written plan that:
1. Describes the process and timeline to restart operations;
2. Describes the process and timeline to dispose of all cannabis and cannabis products on the site in accordance with section 5.150.130.C; or
3. Includes state authorization in accordance with section 15024.1 of title 4 of the California Code of Regulations to have a permitted cannabis business purchase, transport, and store all cannabis and cannabis products on the site and a written timeline of the purchase and transport.
B. A written payment plan for any unpaid business operation tax; and
C. The name, mailing address, primary and secondary telephone numbers, and email address of at least one manager who is managing the cessation of the operations. (Ord. 2022-0006 § 5)
