A cannabis business permittee shall provide the city manager with the current name and primary and secondary telephone numbers of at least one manager to communicate with the surrounding neighborhoods and businesses. The cannabis business shall make good faith efforts to encourage neighborhood residents to call this person to solve problems, if any, before any calls or complaints are made to the city.
