5.148.040   Responsibilities.
   Subject to approval by the SHRA and their authority, the SHRA will have primary responsibility for implementation of this chapter. This responsibility will include taking any and all actions referenced herein as may be necessary for implementation of the requirements of this chapter. (Ord. 2004-043 § 1)
