5.132.050 License-Revocation.

The city health officer shall forthwith revoke the permit of any person upon receiving satisfactory evidence of the violation of any of the provisions of Sections 5.132.010 to 5.132.040 of this chapter or any other law or ordinance of the city or state, relating to such business. (Prior code § 26.01.053)
