5.124.480   Privacy.
   A.   No massage therapy establishment may allow an employee to be present in any room with another person, unless that person's genitals, gluteal cleft, and anus are fully covered.
   B.   A massage therapy establishment site must have windows that allow for an unobstructed view into the waiting or lobby area of the site at the front entrance. The windows shall be completely transparent with no treatment that reduces or diminishes visibility into the interior.
   C.   A massage therapy establishment site shall have no more than 10% of the square footage of the exterior windows and transparent doors blocked by advertising, signs, shelves, curtains, blinds, or anything else during the hours of operation. All advertising, signs, and shelving shall be placed and maintained in a manner that ensures an unobstructed view of the site's interior from the public right-of-way. (Ord. 2021-0016 § 26)
