5.124.460   Access to a massage therapy establishment.
   A.   All front, reception, hallway, and exterior doors-except single-stall restrooms, back, and exterior doors used solely by owners, employees or other persons retained by the massage therapy establishment-shall be unlocked during business hours, except as may be allowed by applicable law.
   B.   A massage therapy establishment shall ensure that customers enter or leave the establishment only through the front door.
   C.   No massage therapy establishment shall allow any person to be in any cubicle, room, booth, or any area of the site where a customer is present, if the area has a door which is capable of being locked, unless that door is an exterior door. (Ord. 2021-0016 § 26)
