A. Massage therapy establishments shall maintain a written registration of the daily operations of the establishment, in English. The registration shall be available for inspection by the city during regular business hours of the massage therapy establishment. The registration must be retained for one year.
B. The registration shall contain a daily record of the following information:
1. The names of all certified massage therapy practitioners as they appear on the California Massage Therapy Council certificates and the certificate numbers;
2. The names of all permitted massage therapy practitioners;
3. The hours worked and the massage therapy services performed by a massage therapy practitioner and certified massage therapy practitioner;
4. For each massage therapy service performed:
a. The time the service was provided, and
b. The printed name and signature of the person entering the information on the registration; and
5. The name of the manager of the massage therapy establishment. (Ord. 2021-0016 § 26)
