A massage therapy establishment shall have a video assessment and surveillance system on the site. The system shall have a minimum of one camera on the exterior, at the main entrance. Cameras shall be capable of recording activity in the day and at night, with a resolution of no less than two megapixels and a minimum frame rate of 15 frames per second. The system shall retain video for a minimum of 30 calendar days and be running during all hours of operation. (Ord. 2021-0016 § 26)
