A. No massage therapy establishment shall operate unless a list of the establishment's services and prices are displayed in a conspicuous place at or near the entrance of the site. The massage therapy services shall be described in English, in readily understandable language.
B. No massage therapy establishment shall offer or allow any person to provide a massage therapy service that is not displayed as described in subsection A.
C. No massage therapy establishment shall operate unless its permit is displayed in a conspicuous place inside of the site so that the same may be readily seen by customers entering the premises. (Ord. 2021-0016 § 26)
