5.124.410   Massage therapy establishment's exterior lighting.
   A.   A massage therapy establishment site shall have adequate lighting for customer safety and visibility, including exterior white lights using LED lamps with full cutoff fixtures to limit glare and light trespass.
   B.   A massage therapy establishment site shall ensure that its exterior lighting avoids spill-over illumination to adjacent streets and properties. (Ord. 2021-0016 § 26)
