5.124.340   Prohibited contact and prohibited appearance.
   A.   No massage therapy practitioner may, intentionally or unintentionally, contact the genitals or anal area of any customer.
   B.   No massage therapy practitioner, while performing any task or massage therapy service, may be present in any room with another person, unless that person's genitals, gluteal cleft, and anus are fully covered. (Ord. 2021-0016 § 26)
