A. The fee to appeal the denial, suspension, modification, revocation, or imposition of conditions on a massage practitioner therapy permit or massage therapy establishment permit is established and imposed pursuant to the provisions of this chapter. The amount of the fee shall be established by resolution of the city council.
B. Notwithstanding the appeal fee established in chapter 1.28, the fee to appeal an administrative penalty pursuant to this chapter is established and imposed pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
