5.124.270   Appeal of an administrative penalty.
   Notwithstanding any provision of this code, any person who is subject to an administrative penalty pursuant to this chapter and wishes to appeal the matter must follow the appeal procedures set forth in chapter 1.28. (Ord. 2021-0016 § 26)
