5.124.220   Issuance.
   The failure of the city manager to act on the application does not constitute approval of an application for a massage therapy practitioner permit or a massage therapy establishment permit. The city manager may impose conditions on a permit as necessary to protect the public health, safety, or welfare. (Ord. 2021-0016 § 26)
