A. Unless an earlier expiration date is specified in the terms of the permit itself, a dance permit issued on or before the effective date of the ordinance codified in this section shall be valid for one year from the effective date of this section and shall terminate thereafter. Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, all dance permits issued on or before the effective date of the ordinance codified in this section shall be subject to suspension, modification or revocation pursuant to Section 5.108.240.
B. A permittee with a permit subject to the provisions of subsection A may apply for permit renewal as provided in Section 5.108.250.
C. If a permit renewal is issued as provided in subsection B, the city manager may impose conditions on the permit in accordance with this chapter. (Ord. 2003-056 § 1)
