5.108.130   Alcoholic beverage on premises.
   A.   It is unlawful for any person to bring an alcoholic beverage onto the premises unless such action is allowed by the entertainment establishment's ABC license.
   B.   It is unlawful for any responsible person to allow any person to bring an alcoholic beverage onto the premises unless such action is allowed by the entertainment establishment's ABC license. (Ord. 2003-056 § 1)
