5.108.090   Reasonable passageway required.
   It is unlawful for any responsible person to fail to provide a reasonable passageway of at least forty-eight (48) inches in width through any part of a room used by patrons and entertainers for their ingress and egress. (Ord. 2003-056 § 1)
