5.104.090   Violation-Penalty.
   Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter or of the rules and regulations prescribed for the conduct and control of the producers' market and of the producers making use thereof shall be guilty of an infraction and may be suspended or excluded from the market by the health officer. (Prior code § 31.01.008)
