A. The city shall issue an identification badge to a pedicab driver permit holder.
B. While the pedicab is in operation, the pedicab driver shall wear the identification badge at all times on his or her person, in a manner clearly visible to the public.
C. Identification badges are the property of the city and are not transferable to any other pedicab driver. In the event that a person's pedicab driver permit is suspended or revoked, the operator shall immediately surrender the identification badge to the city manager. In the event of a suspension, the city manager shall return the identification badge to its holder after termination of the suspension period. (Ord. 2016-0020 § 1)
