5.94.010   Purpose.
   The city council finds that regulations governing pedicabs and the owners and drivers of pedicabs are necessary to protect the general safety and welfare of passengers using pedicabs for hire and pedestrians and motorists within the city. (Ord. 2016-0020 § 1)
