5.90.140   Conditions on stationary or roaming sidewalk vending permits.
   The city manager may impose reasonable time, place, and manner conditions on a stationary or roaming sidewalk vending permit that directly relate to an objective public health, safety, or welfare concern, in accordance with California Government Code section 51038. (Ord. 2020-0001 § 3)
