A. Any person who violates a provision of this chapter is subject to an administrative penalty as set forth in this section. The procedures for imposing an administrative penalty are provided in section 1.28.010.
B. Notwithstanding the provisions of section 1.28.010.D.3, the amount of an administrative penalty for a violation of this chapter is:
1. For a violation of any other provision of this chapter:
a. $100 for the first violation,
b. $200 for the second violation within one year of the first violation, and
c. $500 for each additional violation within one year of the first violation.
C. The city may revoke a sidewalk vending permit upon the fourth or subsequent violation of this chapter. (Ord. 2020-0001 § 3)
