5.86.040   Exempted activities.
   This chapter does not apply to a person who parks a mobile service vehicle for a reasonable time to make a delivery or to provide a service to the owner or occupant of an adjacent property pursuant to the prior express invitation of the owner or occupant. (Ord. 2020-0001 § 1)
