2.04.050   Educational and recreational services.
   The city manager may also provide that those departments furnishing educational and recreational services to the public on days and at hours other than mentioned in Section 2.04.010 of this chapter, may do so when deemed necessary or convenient for the public welfare. (Prior code § 2.01.050)
