5.80.010   Permit required.
   No person shall conduct or operate any of the following businesses or activities within the city without obtaining a permit as provided in this chapter:
   A.   Secondhand dealer;
   B.   Junk dealer;
   C.   Pawnbroker;
   D.   Pallet reseller. (Prior code § 28.01.001)
