5.76.020   Where kept-Inspection.
   The register required by the preceding section shall be kept in a conspicuous place in the lodging house, rooming house or hotel, and shall, at all times, be open to inspection by the lodgers, roomers or guests of such lodging house, rooming house or hotel, and to the chief of police or any regular police officer or police detective of the city. (Prior code § 22.01.020)
