While operating a food vending vehicle, a vendor shall maintain the area surrounding the vehicle free of trash and other debris. A vendor shall provide its customers with appropriate receptacles for garbage, mixed recycling, and organic waste and pick up any trash in the area before leaving. A vendor shall not dispose of trash generated by the operation of the food vending vehicle in any public or private garbage, recycling, or organic waste receptacle that is not owned by or leased to the vendor.
