5.64.180 Rules and regulations.

The chief of police is authorized to promulgate such rules and regulations after noticed hearing as will enable the police department to effectuate the purposes of this chapter. Failure to comply with such rules and regulations, or with any other requirements imposed by this chapter, shall constitute grounds for revocation of licenses issued hereunder. (Prior code § 28.05.517)
