5.48.070   Proximity of machines to school grounds.
   No person shall place any coin-operated machines or games in such manner so that they may be operated within two blocks of any school grounds, except that such machines or games may be placed within two blocks of a grammar school upon the issuance of a permit from the chief of police in accordance with the provisions of Section 5.48.080 of this chapter. (Prior code § 5.06.030)
