5.36.060   Issuance of certificate of competency.
   When an applicant for a certificate of competency has passed an examination as required by this chapter, the city manager shall issue to him or her a certificate of competency. The city manager may issue a duplicate copy of the certificate of competency upon payment of a fee established by resolution of the city council. (Ord. 2012-049 § 2)
