It is unlawful for the holder of a cardroom license to operate or permit the operation of a cardroom after temporary suspension of the cardroom license pursuant to Section 5.32.130 of this chapter, and it is unlawful for the holder of a cardroom employee permit to work as a cardroom employee in any cardroom the license for which has been temporarily suspended pursuant to Section 5.32.130 of this chapter.
