5.28.2630   Nonenforcement.
   A licensee shall not be relieved of any obligation to comply with any of the provisions of the license documents or any rule, regulation, requirement or directive promulgated thereunder by reason of any failure of the county, cities, cable television commission or their officers, agents or employees to enforce prompt compliance. (Prior code § 20.18.1712)
