5.28.750   Plans and specifications.
   Each application for a franchise shall include detailed plans and specifications for the cable television system which is proposed by the applicant. The system shall be constructed and installed by a franchisee in compliance with the plans and specifications contained in the application, except as modified by other franchise documents. (Prior code § 20.04.312)
