5.28.680   Negotiated acquisition.
   The provisions of this article shall not be deemed to preclude acquisition by the cable television commission or its assignee through a negotiated agreement; provided that the commencement or existence of such negotiations shall not be deemed to waive or relieve any actions or times therefore prescribed by Sections 5.28.620 through 5.28.670 of this chapter.
