5.28.470   Authority to renew.
   Any franchise issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter, may be renewed by the cable television commission upon such terms, conditions and requirements as the commission, in its discretion, may prescribe for a period which does not exceed the term of the agreement of formation of the commission as prescribed by paragraph 9, thereof. (Prior code § 20.03.226)
