5.28.350   Issuance of request for proposals.
   The request for proposals for the initial CATV franchise shall be approved and issued by the governing bodies of the county and cities. The request for proposals for franchises subsequently issued under the provisions of this chapter shall be approved and issued by the board of directors of the cable television commission. (Prior code § 20.03.202)
