5.28.340   Request for proposals.
   Except with respect to renewal of a preexisting franchisee, no franchise to operate a cable television system shall be issued within the Sacramento community except pursuant to a request for proposals and selection of the franchisee on the basis of any proposals submitted in response to the request. (Prior code § 20.03.200)
