5.28.170   Reservation of rights.
   The provisions of this chapter shall not be so construed as to in any manner restrict or impair the power or authority of the governing bodies of the county or the cities to issue cable television franchises and/or licenses within their jurisdictional boundaries. (Prior code § 20.01.042)
