5.28.030   Franchise or license required.
   Except as otherwise provided by this chapter, streets within the Sacramento community shall not be occupied by or used for a cable television system except under a franchise issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter or under a license issued pursuant to the provisions of Article XI of this chapter. (Prior code § 20.01.014)
