5-1-2: DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE; CARELESS, RECKLESS DRIVING:
No person shall operate a motor driven vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants or in a careless or reckless manner. Any person violating this section will be subject to arrest and prosecuted by law. (Ord. 4, 5-13-1952; amd. 2005 Code)
